We met Patrick back at the end of 2015 and immediately felt like we could trust him. After being on the house hunt for a couple months our plans changed and we thought we were relocating out of San Diego. Fast forward to 2017 when we resumed the house hunt since we ended up staying in SD. Patrick was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and helped us get the perfect home even though there was other competition on it! We can't recommend Patrick enough! He is patient, professional, communicative, and kind. We were so happy to have him represent us and now, almost a year later, still love our home!
